We sell reusable waterproof underpants and diapers for disabled adults in different designs, colors, and in rubber, plastic, and cotton materials. The plastic is mostly vinyl, also known in some countries as PVC.
If you wish to buy disposable diapers instead, please visit some other websites: we no longer sell them.  We only had a small quantity in the past:  disposables.
Our service is confidential and our parcels are very discreetly packaged. Those mailed to foreign countries include a customs declaration document listing the contents of your parcel as "medical garments for disabled persons, free of duty and free of any tax". Our return address on parcels or correspondence is AC Medical Supplies, Post Office Box 29011, Westmount Mall, London, Ontario, Canada N6K 4L9. We do not give your address to any other person or to any other company or institutions: our service is confidential. 

PLEASE READ IF YOU NEED A FAST SERVICE -  Speed of our service:  Most of our garments are ready in stock (they do not need to be sewn first) and can usually be mailed out immediately or only with very minor delays : these are marked in our catalog in dark blue color (i.e., the names and catalog numbers of these garments are in dark blue).   Some other garments may be associated with minor delays: those with minor delays are marked in purple color.
Those with extensive delays (up to 8 weeks or as indicated) are in red color.  Those marked in red typically require more time-consuming sewing.
Immediate delivery is impossible.  Many customers expect the parcel to arrive within a few days after they mail their payment, however, the mail usually travels slowly.   For example, it normally takes 5  to 15 days for us to receive your letter with your payment (if you mail your payment by slow mail) and once we dispatch your parcel, the postal service might still need 2 to 5 weeks (or, in extreme as long as 10 weeks) to deliver your parcel to your address. It is important to order long before you need the garments urgently.  Often, the post office or a transport company promises "an overnight delivery" from us to urban centers such as Washignton DC, however, this information has almost always been incorrect (e.g., an overnight parcel to Washington DC was received only after 3 weeks, after many telephone calls to that particular transport company).
To which countries can we safely deliver? In the last 20 years we have mailed dozens of thousands of parcels and only about 9 of our parcels were lost (most of them in Mexico).    As already explained, all parcels are mailed by the regular government operated post office. Their service may be slow but it is almost always reliable: this has been true about our parcels in Canada, or to USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Brazil,  Costa Rica, the Republic of South Africa, and  all Western Europe (including not only countries such as Germany, France, Austria, Netherland, Belgium, Finland, Norway, Denmark, and Sweden but also Spain, Portugal, Italy,  the Czech Republic, and Slovak Republic).
Other countries than those just listed may involve a too great risk and so we ask you to e-mail us first to obtain our approval: if you do not live in the countries we have listed, please do not send any payment until we give our approval.
For MiddleEast, Poland, the Russian Federation, Rumania, Albania, all former Yugoslav countries, Bulgaria, and also Asian countries (other than Japan & Singapore), and most of Africa (all except the Republic of South Africa) the postage may be far more expensive as the goods would have to be mailed by a courier to avoid loss (additional cost of postage of more than US $ 100 to the customer): the sale would become extremely complicated due to the plethora of Customs Documents, insurance, etc. and could be a disaster for the customer as the purchase & postage cost would have be fully prepaid by the customer and would be completely at his (or her) own risk (we would refuse any liability for lost parcels).
With respect to Mexico, most of the lost parcels were those to one address in Mexico City, however, the parcels would need to be mailed by Fedex (additional cost of at least US $ 100 to the customer, if not much more) and there could also be huge customs fees imposed on some of our products in Mexico.
With respect to Quatemala,  our parcel arrived there only with a delay of about 6 months.
With respect to Africa, there have been no problems with deliveries to the Republic of South Africa.
Why we do not use private parcel companies:   Some customers wish to use private express parcel companies as these may promise faster delivery.  However,  their delivery across the international border may be far more complicated than with the government operated post office and may also be unusualy slow, no matter what their staff have promised you.  In our experience, even if when promised an "overnight delivery," this has turned to be several weeks instead and too often caused great problems with the customs (telephone calls supposedly to clarify the nature of the contents even though we had the customs declaration posted on the surface of the parcel, requests for unexpected or unusually high "customs processing fees" to be paid by the customer, i.e., you).  In our experience, the delays were greater and the delivery less speedy than the one by the regular government operated postal service, by so called "slow mail"....

SIZES: We list the sizes (approximate measurements only) in inches (") and also in centimetres (cm). Measure your hip size (the largest area around the hip bones, over diapers) and also your waist size (the area at which the waist elastics of the plastic pants would be).  Several sizes might fit an average size person (the smaller sizes for a tight fit with small pads only and the larger sizes for use over thick diapers), for some of the pants (e.g., #150, #151, #155, #140, #240, #340, #640, #154, #752). If diapers are worn under the pant, measure your hip size over diapers. It is your responsibility to choose the best size for you: the garments cannot be returned.   No exchanges, no returns, and no refunds are possible.

ORDER FORMS: Some customers like pre-printed order forms with our address. These can be viewed or printed out from our copy (click here): order forms   However, if you decide to pay us with your credit card (Visa, Master Card, etc.) using the PayPal system, then you do not need the order form.  Simply e-mail us the list of all items you wish to buy (please do not forget to list the item numbers, the chosen sizes for each of them, their colors, quantities, and your address), add up their price + parcel postage and then pay us directly on  the  internet site of  PayPal system .

Some of the photographs show our latex pant worn over a white diaper.  As the pant is slightly transparent, you may partly see the diaper through the latex material.   Although the pant on some of our photographs may appear very white (with a slight shade of creamy yellow, as often seen on medical latex), our present stock is in a skintone khaki color, as on the photograph on the right (the color may slightly vary from pant to pant, from almost white to darker khaki).

The pant is made in a thick transparent vinyl in S and XL size, as listed below).
We have also these pants in the pearlized (semi-transparent white with nice silver sheen) vinyl, in S and XL size, as listed below).
Both materials are relatively non-rustling and smooth (easy to clean and wash). The pearlised material is slightly softer. Several sizes might fit: use larger size if worn over diapers.
