Speed of our service:
Most of our garments are ready in stock (they do not need to be sewn first) and
can usually be mailed out immediately or only with very minor
delays: these are marked in our catalog in dark
blue color (i.e., the names and catalog numbers of these garments
are in dark blue). Some other garments may be associated with
delays: those with minor delays are marked in purple
color and those with extensive delays (usually 1 to 8 weeks
or as indicated) are in red color.
Those marked in red typically require more time-consuming sewing (or if they
are not made by us, may require complicated restocking from a contractor).
Immediate delivery is impossible. Many customers expect the parcel to
arrive within a few days after they mail their payment,
however, the mail usually travels slowly. For example, it normally
takes 5 to 15 days for us to receive your letter with your payment (if
you mail your payment by slow mail) and once we dispatch your parcel, the
postal service might still need 2 to 5 weeks (or, in extreme as long as 10
weeks) to deliver your parcel to your address. It is important to order long
before you need the garments urgently.

NEEDS OF DISABLED PERSONS:
Medical textbooks for nurses specialized in incontinence management have often pointed
out that each incontinent person has his or her very particular needs,
depending on the individual life style, the person's professional,
occupational, school, or leisure activities, and the particular personal
disabilities. While some persons are very concerned with skin comfort, many
teenagers might ask for short but waterproof garments inconspicuous under short
summer clothing. Many adults are concerned about the aesthetic appearance of
the hygienic garments for reasons related to their close relationships. Only

OUR PICTURES ARE NOT FOR ENTERTAINMENT: If you seek pictures of
garments in similar materials for fashion wear or visual entertainment rather
than medical clothing for the disabled and chronically ill, we cannot help
you. While there are other companies, specialized in entertainment, and
internet sites that display related garments for entertainment, we do not provide entertainment as our goal is to
serve the disabled and sick.
Our photographs were generously provided by talented artists, as an altruistic
gift to the disabled and chronically ill people. However.
the same as famous actors play different roles in
different movies, or the same as famous fashion models may display clothing
from different manufacturers, you may encounter the same models seen on our
photographs on some other internet pages of non-medical nature to which our
company is clearly not related. Briefly, please bear in mind that
our company deals with medical items for disabled persons only and has no staff
time left for unrelated correspondence.
Please also note that most of the fashion models decline when approached to
wear incontinence garments for medical photographs. They almost all
decline as incontinence remains a major taboo in our society. We all
should applaud the personal courage and charitable attitude of the benevolent
ladies that kindly provided these artistic pictures to help the disabled.
Please pray for their good health, and personal
well-being as well as for the well-being of their families.

Incontinence themes in
contemporary movies (
The movie director M. Bryson is presently preparing a very
important movie about childhood incontinence and of its emotional
aftermath. A short preview version of his movie, in the form of a
brief trial with the actors, labelled as "Redemption", was posted by the author
for public viewing at the internet site of VEOH in 2008.
His movie script has created various comments that are also displayed on that
website, including comments from former bedwetters.
Bryson's movie is important as it depicts the socio-psychological
trauma usually associated with incontinence in later childhood.
As most of our customers know, the trauma related to incontinence in childhood
years often involves teasing by peers or siblings, the hidden but nagging
feeling of shame and self-doubt, as well as the scolding or punishments by
parents who assume that bedwetting is a willful or careless act: as they do not
show a sufficient compassion, their attitude usually leads to a gradual
emotional estrangement of the child. The buildup of the child's related
unresolved anger or bitterness may eventually take on a destructive turn.
In Bryson's movie, a suddenly widowed single mother unleashes her bitterness at
her bedwetting daughter. Not knowing how to help her daughter in a
constructive manner, she resorts to verbal abuse and physical violence in the
hope of stopping the child's nighttime incontincence.
As her daughter continues bedwetting, the mother forces her to wear the diapers
during the day (when it is not necessary), in the hope that the humiliation
would stop the bedwetting, and she also adds a pacifier.
She eventually orders the girl to wear diapers inside of the house, without a
skirt, to be visible to anybody, with a pacifier in her mouth, and she forces
the girl in this attire in the yard. The punishment only generates the child's
hatred of her mother.
The movie shows emotional suffering so common to many children in our
society. As an expert attorney pointed out
from the forensic-legal perspective, much of physical abuse of children in our
modern society is still within the context of a misguided parent's
attempt at "disciplining" a bedwetting child. Even in a
complete absence of parental physical abuse, the experience may still be
socially very traumatic and result in longstanding emotional wounds.
Clinical psychology teaches us that similar traumatic events are often
subsequently replayed in nightmares during the sleep, in intrusive involuntary
daydreams or thoughts during the waking state, and these may continue the
entire life time, if no treatment follows. Sigmund Freud and many of his
successors viewed these repetitive replays of the traumatic events as
compulsive attempts (a "repetition compulsion") at mastering the
underlying original emotional stress or at healing the related emotional
wounds. Some of psychoanalytic experts may predict that many of the
former victims of the trauma, now adults, might
feel strangely tempted or compelled to wear diapers during their adult years,
at least at times, even if this is no longer physically necessary (the bedwetting
often stops after hormonal changes associated with puberty, even though it may
often resume later on, with aging, often reappearing as soon as in late 20s or
30s).
There can be also paralel explanations for this same
medical phenomenon (obsession with diapers) from clinical psychologists trained
in behavior therapy, however, these are more complex
and less easy to explain in a sufficiently concise style.
Briefly, Michael Bryson's wonderful artistic talent provide
and cinematographic skills provide us with an opportunity to contemplate on
hidden aspects of emotional life of the victims of urinary incontinence and
also on its long term consequences. Bryson's artistic work may educate the
public about the socio-psychological trauma potentially associated with urinary
incontinence.
Some movie clips displayed on the internet seem to be made by
cinematographic artists who are well aware of the emotional damage done by teasing, and
by verbal or physical abuse, to the self-image of the incontinent child or
to adult who suffered or still suffers from urinary incontinence. Some
of these movies show that wearing diapers does not make a person look ugly
and that, in fact, the person may look quite likeable, e.g., the brief movie
clip "Diaper girl
Shawna" that was also posted in the past on the VEOH website.
This short movie (Diaper girl Shawna) definitely boosts the self-esteem of disabled persons,
those with urinary incontinence, those who need to wear diapers all the time,
nonstop. Most of them struggle with
depressive or suicidal thoughts (at least episodically), feel ugly or socially
vulnerable, and are indeed mocked at, too often. This movie is made by a team
of true artists as evidenced by their excellent camera work, excellent acting,
and overall composition of each individual picture (the difficult art of
cinematography), and the pervasive sense of harmony. It shows that disabled
persons may be attractive in diapers, that they have a right to desire to be
wanted and loved (by those who do not hate diapers), and that their life is not
over when the bladder control is lost. This movie clip may give hope to
millions of people around the world, those who suffer from chronic urinary incontinence.
From the spiritual point of view, the work of this
artistic team is very beneficial and constructively contributes to emotional
healing.
However, certainly not all movies with
diapered scenes may have a similar impact. Some naively indulge in making fun
of those in diapers or are otherwise not concerned with the emotional suffering
of those afflicted with incontinence.

Incontinence themes in
contemporary TV shows (
The recent television show "Soul Food"
includes, in the episode #21 and #22, scenes of the wife having to wear diapers
due to a bladder problem (to see, click here: soul1 and soul2 ) and her discussions of
the diapers with her husband. The actual movie
clip, was in the past posted on the internet on several sites.
The producers of this TV show (Soul Food) have posted have very brief
descriptions of the show (all existing episodes) at: http://epguides.com/SoulFood/
It is a relief to see that the movie director has included the scene in
which the female actor temporarily suffers from urinary incontinence,
has to wear diapers (and it is also associated with emotional
problems in her marriage). Very few movies ever include scenes with
people in diapers, even though at least 50 % of adult women experience
urinary incontinence before the age of 50, according to the survey
research published in medical
literature. It is nice to see, in this movie clip, that the
actress is very attractive and that the diapers do not reduce her
personal charm.
Hopefully more movies would include similar scenes because these mass
media could re-educate the
mainstream public to be more socially tolerant (and emotionally
supportive) to
those in diapers. It is noteworthy that black Americans
have made this
important pioneering step for the rights of disabled persons. If you want to view a brief movie clip from Soul Food, please click here: http://www.acmedi.com/acms/Soul Food.html
Diaper wearing surgeons in Grey's Anatomy TV show: one of the recent episodes on this medical show can teach us that, in the real world, surgeries lasting more than 10 hours require certain personal & social adaptations, as medical doctors may resort to wearing diapers to avoid unnecessary interruptions of a time-consuming difficult surgery. Above all, the show deals with their struggle to overcome an initial sense of social embarrassment, e.g., see the related discussions, teasing, and responses to teasing, among the surgeons: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swfugvzpUogn

DISPOSABLE DIAPER PANTS? Are
they safer than reusable diaper pants? Researchers found several types of
bacteria in disposable incontinence pads and underpads
(see Journal of Hospital Infections, 1988, Vol.12, page 125-129). Our plastic
pants and reusable cotton cloth pads give you more control over the possibility
of infections. Disposable diapers may also contain traces of carcinogenic
chemicals (dioxine) or dangerous levels of bleach:
they feel hot and itchy on the skin.

makes it possible for people to trade various goods directly.
However, we have never sold on E-Bay. We do not have any
control over merchants who sell their goods there. These are independent
merchants. For this reason, if you purchase your incontinence underwear on
E-Bay, do not approach us to complain about the quality. In one rather
rare case, defective pants sold in our internet liquidation sales at the retail

"flawed," made by a careless contractor with "poor crafsmanship", and as likely to open up in their
"poorly welded seams," have re-appeared on E-Bay as brand

with our name implying a good and flawless quality. You can avoid similar
pitfalls by reading the feedback left by other customers, for the E-Bay vendor.
It appears that E-Bay has a feedback mechanism that allows you to examine the business history of each particular
vendor (customer feedback): this information may help you to proceed more
safely with your purchase. Furthermore, at least one of these re-sellers
