These pages are called liquidation pages because all of it is only in an extremely small quantity, discontinued stock that is of interest to some buyers (we keep getting many inquiries).  It is only at their repeated requests that we post this information, even though the stock is so terribly small.  The best is to make a list of those you very firmly wish to buy and then e-mail us the list. We let you know which ones are still available. Then, please mail the order with the payment immediately, preferrably by PayPal. The garments are here in our warehouse (all those listed with numbers in a blue color) and can be dispatched immediately.  If you change your mind or if you have not immediately mailed out the order and the payment, please notify us immediately as this would mean that the product would not be available to other customers and would only cause great delays in our work (more delayed parcels).
If you order without contacting us first and if it is an item that is already sold out, we will let you know and you can use the credit for your next purchase of any of our merchandise (from our regular catalog, or from the Special Pages, or from this catalog). Some of these are so called Herzlieb pants (also known as Suprima), made about 10 or 20 years ago in Germany.
We have no paper copies of this catalog: the stock is so small that it is not economically feasible to prepare a paper copy.
Purchasing procedure:  The conditions for purchasing these items are the same as for our others catalogs (see our main page for postage information): click here to view.    The minimum order is $ 25 (any combination of goods from any of our catalogs).  Simply add up the cost of all items you choose.  Then, for this parcel, add the cost of postage (per parcel): The postage is US $ 14 for addresses in USA, and Canadian $ 13 for addresses in Canada, and US $ 18 (or 15 euro) if the parcel is to go to other country than USA or Canada.

Garments for medical use:

706mm#7002   FLAWED STRETCHY LATEX PANTS, MINOR FLAWS  Same as #700 from the regular catalog,  or as #7001 from this catalog (see the photograph above) except for minor flaws.
The flaws are of 3 types, as follows. The most common flaw are thickened spots in a few areas of the pant where the liquid latex flowed downward and formed thick "drops" of latex, similarly to what happens to some painted areas on the walls when a person paints walls with a too thick coat of paint.
A few of these pants have a tiny dark spot somewhere on the latex  and some are discolored in some larger areas (darker brownish discoloration of the yellowish-brown latex, perhaps from an excessive exposure to sunlight after manufacturing or from an uneven distribution of the chemical compounds in the latex during manufacturing).
A few of these pants may have uneven leg openings: the opening for the left leg may be very slightly higher than the one for the right leg or vice versa.
All these flaws are only from manufacturing or improper storage.  However, all these pants are still functional.
It is made from semi-transparent latex,  yellowish-khaki, soft to touch, with a nicely smooth surface.   This very stretchy medical pant  is not to be purchased or used by person with allergies to latex. This very stretchy medical pant is worth trying unless you suffer from an alergy to latex.   It holds absorbent pads in place and helps to conceal diapers under light clothing because it holds them tightly agaist the body:  it functions similarly to a ladies' girdle from 1950s and 1960s, however, it is made all only in 100% latex, in no other material and it is very smooth and soft (see the small photographs of the latex pant, worn over a white diaper).  The pant has high waist for better overnight protection.   It provides a good protection for moderate or mild urinary incontinence in the daytime.  These are very valuable advantages.  For some persons, this is a very useful and helpful medical product that should have been widely available long ago.
Although the pant on some of the photographs may seem white (with a shade of creamy yellow, as often seen on medical latex), our present stock of #7002 is only in a skintone khaki color.

Sizes: Small for waists   26" to 32" (66cm to 80cm), hips up to 36" (93cm), or up to 37" (95cm) for a  very tight fit.
           Medium for waists 32" to 36" (81cm to 92cm),  hips up to 38" (97cm),  or up to 39" (100cm) for a  very tight fit.   Many pants are left (more than 20) in M size but only relatively few in the S size

#7052 STRETCHY LATEX DIAPER PANTS, WITH MINOR FLAWS  Same as #705 from the regular catalog except for minor flaws.  They are all functional. The flaws are of 3 types, as follows.

Another common flaw (seen almost exclusively in the S size) is an uneven placement of the leg openings: the leg opening may be visibly higher on one side than on the other side.  However, as the pant is stretchy, it adjusts to the body shape.
Regardless of these minor defects, these pants can still offer a useful protection.    All these flaws are only from manufacturing or improper storage.
This pant is made from the semi-transparent latex,  yellowish-khaki, soft to touch, with a nicely smooth surface. We also have some in a nice green color.  This very stretchy medical pant.  The main difference to pant #7002 is that this pant #7052 has wider crotch to accomodate bulky diapers between the legs. 
On the average, the crotch of the M size pant is slightly more than 8" (20cm) wide and the crotch of the S size pant is about 6" (15cm) wide.
The sizes of these pants are slightly smaller in the hip area than the sizes of the pant #7002 because some of the space in the back of the pant was lost to making more space for diapers between the legs.
This pant is well suited as a protection for bedwetting or also for moderate to severe incontinence during the day. However, it is not recommended for persons with impaired finger dexterity as it is difficult to put on and take off.  It may not be suited for persons with body hair as the latex pant opening may roll up and painfully pull on the hair.

Our photographs are here for a medical purpose, to demonstrate the value of the stretchy pant #7052 for those who suffer from incontinence but have to engage in various types of physical activity, e.g., in employment settings, and need an inconspicuous but fairly complete protection.

#7012 LARGE SIZE STRETCHY LATEX PANT / MINOR FLAWS THE SAME LATEX PANT AS #7052, but made in a much larger size.  Wide crotch for bulky diapers, relatively high waist.  Same material, design, and color as #7052.  See the photographs above.  We also have some in a nice green color.
Size:  large for waist 37" to 47" (94cm to 120cm), hips up to 48" (122cm), or up to 55" (140cm) for a  very tight fit.
Please do not write us to ask if your waist and hip measurements would fit as we do not garantee you a good fit: unfortunately, the only way for you (and for us) to know is for you to actually try out the pant.  However, there are no refunds and no exchanges if the pant does not fit, even for those who think they are within the measurements given here.  This is because some persons do not tolerate tight pants, they may find it too tight while some other persons (with identical body measurements) may complain that it is not tight enough. You are purchasing the pant at your own risk.  It is not suited for persons with less adequate finger dexterity (difficult to put on and to take off), for the elderly, and for those with allergies to latex rubber.
 It could also cause severe skin problems.  For these persons, our loose fitting vinyl pants may be a much better choice.  Similarly, persons with diabetes should never wear these pants (the same is true about any tight-fitting pants, socks, or stockings).
However, many of our customers see it as an excellent diaper panty, a wonderful protection.
MANY IN STOCK, however, more in green color than in the natural khaki .  Often, there is a delay in locating those in natural-khaki color, however, they are available.

#888 ABSORBENT REUSABLE INSERT/PAD, THE OLD EXCELLENT QUALITY: a  thick lengthy pad to wear in plastic pants or rubber pants for daytime urinary incontinence.  Made of the same  cotton material as the old excellent diapers #840 and it can be used with the diapers #840 (as an insert) or alone in a tight fitting latex or plastic or rubber pant as an absorbent pad.  The pad is somewhat hourglass shaped (the narrow part is between the legs). Its back end is wider than the front end (see picture), to provide more protection in the seated position. In the photograph, the pad is worn inside of a transparent plastic pant. Colors:  white.

small is 22" (56cm) long, 8.7" (22cm) wide at the larger part and about 6.5" (17cm) wide at opposite part.

#7005  STRETCHY LATEX PANT / XS and XXS size   Exactly the same as #700 from the regular catalog, except for the unusually small  size.

PP163L  PEARLIZED PINK PLASTIC PANTS, HIGH WAIST, with light blue lace at legs.   This pant has a very nice color and are designed to accommodate bulky overnight diapers. The plastic is semitransparent and has an elegant pearlized sheen.  We have only one left in stock, only in one size, labelled as M.
Size:  waist from 39" to 46", hips up to 46", upper thigh circumference 22" to 24".  We do not have any other size.

SAPPHIRE BLUE VINYL:
#106 BLUE MEDICAL VINYL  PANT      This pant is made in a  thick but durable and excellent vinyl (PVC), especially formulated for medical use on reusable incontinence pants.  It is relatively more easily tolerated by human skin than many other types of vinyl pants.  It is semitransparent, in a beautiful blue color. The vinyl material has recently changed: it is now somewhat less transparent and slightly less smooth  or glossy than last year.  The seams are welded. The elastics are tight but comfortable (the cloth of the elastics is against the skin).  The crotch is wide and the pant is suitable for use over heavy diapers, overnight  (choose larger sizes if using  this pant over thick diapers). #210 BLUE MEDICAL VINYL PANTY:    This pant is  made in a very beautiful sapphire blue vinyl that is relatively comfortable.  The vinyl is thick but does not noticeably rustle.  This is one of those medical  vinyl materials that is relatively more easy to tolerate by human skin when it has to be worn every day and night. The vinyl material was especially formulated for medical use on reusable incontinence pants.  The style is identical to the style of the panty #211.  The panty #210 can be worn with the absorbent pad #888 (choose the same size as the pant).

#1988 SNAP-ON GREEN VINYL PANT     These pants are made in a very smooth, thick but soft, glossy, and very special medical vinyl (PVC), same as the medical pants #198. Many persons would feel that this material is relatively less uncomfortable when worn directly against the skin than most other vinyl materials.  It is semitransparent, in a beautiful bluish green color.  The color partly depends on the type of light (e.g., it is different in a direct sunshine than in electrical light). The seams are welded.
There are 4 metal snap-on buttons on each side.   These are very practical when you need to put the pant on without taking of the trousers or shoes, etc.  The pant, when folded, might fit into the purse and be used as an emergency device when leakage occurs outside of the home (in cases of mild or occasional incontinence).  The front openings allow for more air circulation and for this reason the snap-on pant  is somewhat more comfortable in hot weather than the regular style pull-on  pants.   However, the snap-on pant is less suitable for overnight protection as the pant is likely to leak through the front if the person sleeps lying on the belly, or on the hip side.  The elastics are tight but relatively comfortable (the cloth of the elastics is against the skin).

The metal buttons are practical but are not well suited for persons who take long walks, or run, or go on a bicycle, or do physical work, or engage in an exercise: the metal buttons are likely to injure the skin, particularly in hot weather. In general, snap-on pants usually cannot be worn for more than 2 consecutive days without alternating these with regular pull on pants as the metal buttons tend to excessively irritate the skin, particularly the buttons at the waist and leg elastics, creating red sore spots.

This is an excellent product, one of the very best products in the world.    It is very practical when used with our #888 pads. We recommend this snap-on pant but we cannot re-stock it, in the same quality in which we have in stock now.  Once sold out, it will no longer be available.

211 GREEN MEDICAL VINYL PANTY:     This pant is made in a very special, very    smooth vinyl that is relatively comfortable.  This is one of those vinyl materials that is relatively easily tolerated if worn directly against the skin.  Made in a very nice semitransparent green color.  The picture shows the pant worn with the absorbent pad #888 (a very wide reusable cotton pad, no longer available, but similar to the pad #801 from our regular catalog).  The sizes and style are the same as explained for #111. #1202 GREEN VINYL BLOOMER:  Made in the excellent quality thick green vinyl (same as #198, #211,  and #442 and #444 or #1988).   The vinyl is very smooth and thick and strong but feel gentle to touch.  It is the very special medical vinyl (PVC) that is usually better tolerated when worn directly next to skin than other vinyl materials.  The leg ends close to the knee (for an average size person). This bloomer accommodates  large diapers. Excellent protection overnight or for a seated person, e.g., during long car trips or bus rides.

#444 MEDICAL VINYL SKIRT  Used for hygienic protection under dresses or under textile skirts to protect the furniture and to minimize wet spots on clothing, for example, when traveling.
Same style as our #450 (see above) but made in the smooth  semitransparent green vinyl (PVC) that has the excellent medical properties (exactly the same material as the pant #198).
Approximately the same sizes as the pant #198, however, the XXL is no longer available.

#570 OVERNIGHT DIAPER GARMENT IN MEDICAL VINYL.   This garments is designed for heavy incontinence and particularly to prevent leaks over the waist elastics while sleeping.  There are snap on buttons across the crotch part  to facilitate the diaper change (click here to see a large picture: acm033 ).   There is a zipper on the back , from the neck down to the waist elastics (click here to see a large picture: acm030 ).    THE GARMENT IS AVAILABLE IN SEVERAL MEDICAL VINYL MATERIALS:   the smooth, thick, but gentle green medical vinyl (same as on the pants #198),    the thick  blue medical vinyl (same as on the pants #106),  and the printed medical vinyl (the same 4 choices of prints as seen on the pants #195), however, each of these is available only in some sizes and only a few are left (see the link to the list of available stock below).  Request stock information, for a given size, by e-mail, if necessary, at:   acms@acmedi.com      These are excellent and very durable vinyl materials.

The bottom part of this garment is  smaller than the  sizes for the pants #198, #106, #1988, or #195.  Be sure to select this garment in a much larger size than these pants.  However, the overnight garment goes over the shoulder and so the distance from the shoulder to the crotch is also very crucial to determine the proper size for this garment.  For example, if the "small" size would fit according to the waist and hip measures but the distance from neck to crotch is more than 25" (65cm), select the medium size rather than small size.   The following measures (see the usual size categories below) are only for those short females who have a very narrow and very short torso.  If this is not the case,  please choose a much larger size.  For example, a man (or a tall woman) with hips circumference of about 39 or 40  (measured over diapers) may already need the romper in the XL or XXL size.  The XL or  XXL size may work well for the waists as narrow as 34".   The leg elastics may fit, too.  If they are loose, then the romper may be worn under a vinyl bloomer such as #1202 or #233.  The bloomer may be worn over the bottom part of the romper to prevent leaks. 
When choosing the size for the romper, it is better to err by choosing a larger size as this may still be useful.  The bottom part of the romper (the "pant" part) has a somewhat lower waist or seems also more narrow than the usual pant #198 or #196 or #195.   In this sense, the design is poor.
Sizes (measured over diapers):  small for waist 27" to 33" (68cm-84cm), hips to 39" (99cm), the distance from the neck to crotch less than 25" (64cm).  Medium for waist 30" to 36" (78cm to 91cm) and hips to 47" (119cm), the distance from the neck to crotch less than 27" (68cm).  Large for waist 33" to 41" (85cm to 104cm) and hips to 53" (134cm), the distance from the neck to crotch less than 29" (73cm).  X-large (extra-large) is SOLD OUT, it was for waist 38" to 47" (95cm to 119cm) and hips to 60" (152cm), the distance from the neck to crotch less than 31" (78cm).  XX-large  is SOLD OUT, it was for waist 42" to 49" (115cm 124cm) and hips to 69" (174cm), the distance from the neck to crotch less than 33" (82cm).  As these are complicated and only approximate measures, we do not garantee that the garment will fit.  The style of this garment may not fit some persons at all.  Buy only one at first to explore if the size fits well.
Caution: This garment was designed for bedridden disabled persons that have their diapers changed by a caretaker.  It is not for a person who is seated or otherwise in an upright position: the garment would leak through the snap on opening if in an unpright position and, if you would walk,  the snaps between the legs would interfere with the walking and may injure the skin.
The zipper on the back of the garment is also normaly closed by the caretaker, when the whole garment is changed (usually every 24 hours).  This zipper on the back is not easy to reach and may be a great problem if there is no other person to help to close or open the zipper.  The zipper needs to be handled gently as it otherwise may be damaged.
Please note that the upper half of the garment has a special purpose.  The garment is very helpful to prevent the contact between the skin of the upper body and the products of drooling. Many persons with organic problems have an uncontrollable drooling that may make the bed sheets wet (e.g., some cases of Huntington's corea, or Cerebral Palsy) and the patient very uncomfortable.  The garments helps to minimize the contact of the upper body with the wet bed sheets. However, for obvious reasons, the garment cannot be used in excessively warm rooms: this is a health risk.

The sizes: the most important measure is the circumference of the chest (measure around the chest, just below the arm pits).  The medium (M) size is good only for those with a circumference of less than 32" and width of shoulders (from side to side) less than 15".  The large (L) size is for chest circumference of less than 37" and for shouder width of less than 16".   The extra-large (XL) is for chest curcumference of less than 41" and  shoulders maximum 18" (side to side).  The extra-extra-large (XXL) is for chest maximum 45" and shoulder width maximum 19".   These measures are only approximate.  We are aware that some customers would choose a much tighter fit or a less tight fit.  However, those choosing a tighter fit may find themselves trapped in the garment.
The waist sizes (circumference of the waist) are about one size smaller than for pants #198 (see our main catalog) or #106 (see our Special Pages catalog).  For example, those who usually wear the pant #198 in the small size will need the dress in the medium size and if their chest is 35", they  need the large size dress.
Please note that the garment has a zipper on the back that opens down to about the waist.  It is not easy to undress without assistance, especially on a warm day (the material may stick to the sweaty skin): it is important not to choose a too small size as there are no exchanges and no refunds.  Most patients may find it difficult to reach behind their back to unzip the garment.  They will need assistance to dress or undress, especially those with poor finger dexterity, same as with some other textile clothing that has a similar design.

#196 MARIA SEMITRANSPARENT  VINYL PANT WITH  BEAUTIFUL FLOWER PATTERNS: Made with a wide crotch, for large pads.  They were made in a vinyl (PVC) material with beautiful flower patterns in soft pleasing colors.  They are relatively smooth, relatively durable, and non-rustling.
Suitable for very serious hygienic problems and over large diapers (choose larger sizes when using thick diapers). The elastics are comfortable and stretchy.

#111 BRIEF STYLE: The same style as pants #211 or #210. These "brief" vinyl garments still fully cover up standard cotton underwear. Large crotch to accommodate absorbent pads such as the #888 (see our main catalog): the pad must be chosen in the same size as the #111, in order to fit properly. #195 PANTS WITH INSTITUTIONAL PRINTS ON MEDICAL SEMITRANSPARENT VINYL      These are semitransparent vinyl pants made with nice printed patterns in beautiful colors in the style usually worn primarily by children, girls, or ladies.  Similar patterns and colors are now, however, also occasionally used on clothing for men.  The sizes and style are the same as described for the pants #198 or 197. Some of these printed pants might considerably rustle.  These colorful vinyl pants for incontinence were originally designed for institutions with chronically sick adolescents and developmentally delayed adults, perhaps with some pressure from social workers to cheer up the chronically ill or disabled.  Similar patterns are now occasionally also used on normal clothing for healthy ladies and men. This pant is made in a  rather smooth, thick but relatively gentle, glossy, and very special medical vinyl (PVC), designed to cause less skin irritations than most other vinyl materials. The material is almost the same as for the green vinyl pant, however, it slightly rustles, feels very slightly less soft (i.e., slightly stiffer), and it has colors prints in very beautiful colors.  The color partly depends on the type of light (e.g., it is different on a direct sunshine than in electrical light). The seams are welded.   The elastics are tight but comfortable (the cloth of the elastics is against the skin).

#401 SANITARY SKIRT, FLORAL PATTERNS: Made in vinyl (PVC) with colorful flower patterns .  To view a detailed list of materials and colors as presently available for each size, please click here:  link to our #401 list.     Used as a long slip (skirt like garment, worn under regular textile skirts or dresses) to protect furniture or during long travels. 28" long (can be hemmed to the desired length). 100% vinyl (PVC), same materials and sizes as explained for pant #196). Similarly to #405 and #403, this garment can also be used overnight over diapers instead of a plastic pant, e.g., if the plastic pant's elastics irritated the skin. Only as long as the stock lasts.

#2404 HANDY VINYL PANT: relatively comfortable, durable, and non-rustling pants. Made in a smooth soft vinyl (PVC) of high quality (same materials and colors as #240 Christy pants or #140 Susan pants) in semi-transparent  navy blue or simply plain transparent.  (In the past, we had them also in pink and yellow but these colors are now all sold out).  Soft, reliable, and comfortable lingerie style elastics at waist and legs. A wide crotch, about 8.5" (21cm).  If  used over diapers rather than small pads, measure the hip size over diaper. The leg elastics are tight.  Not suitable for persons with large upper thighs (maximum 19" circumference).  Sizes: only Small (S) for waist 27" to 34" (70cm-84cm), for hips not more than 39" (98cm), and the circumference of the upper thigh up to a maximum of 19" (48cm).   Only as long as the stock lasts.

#442 ALLMOST FULLY CIRCULAR SHORT HYGIENIC SKIRT   This skirt is made in the same special medical very smooth and strong green vinyl (PVC)  as the pants #211 or #198, in a semitransparent medical green.  While the excellent material has an excellent quality, this product has very limited use:  it is likely to be soon discontinued as it is expensive. They have been delivered to us by error by a supplier who was supposed to deliver longer skirts.  This short skirt has some limited use as an additional  nighttime protection (to be worn over plastic pants) for patients who leak over the waist elastics of their plastic pants. #192 Printed vinyl pants, in a soft material.  The sizes and style are the same as described for the pants #106, 198, 197, or 196, however, the material is soft, thin, semitransparent, and nonrustling.  The pants are soft to touch and comfortable to use, except in a hot climat.  It is a smooth material, easy to clean.

 #1966 SOFT VINYL MARIA HYGIENIC PANT WITH WHITE LACE:      Same style and elastics as #192 (see pictures above) or as #195, #198, #106,  from this liquidation page but in an unusually soft (same as we were selling about 10 years ago) and smooth transparent vinyl material, with a softness similar to silk.  These pants are relatively free of any rustling noise.  Made with a wide crotch, for large pads. Suitable for very heavy bladder problems.  This is a relatively durable material.  The pants have a beautiful one inch wide white lace along the waist and leg elastics.
Sizes and remaining stock:  Medium for waist 29 to 36" and hips to 47" (only 2 pants left).
Large for waist 34 to 41" and  hips to 53" (only  one pant left).

#1203 BLUE VINYL BLOOMER:    This is the same bloomer as #1202 (see photograph above), however, made in a sapphire blue vinyl material of an excellent quality: it is the same  thick blue vinyl as on pants #106 and  #210.  The vinyl is very strong.  It is an excellent vinyl (PVC) material, especially formulated for medical use on reusable incontinence pants.  It is relatively more easily tolerated by human skin than many other types of vinyl pants.  The leg ends close to the knee (for an average size person). This bloomer accommodates  large diapers. Excellent protection overnight or for a seated person, e.g., during long car trips or bus rides.
