#570 OVERNIGHT DIAPER GARMENT IN MEDICAL
VINYL. This garments is designed for heavy
incontinence and particularly to prevent leaks over the waist elastics while
sleeping. There are snap on buttons across the crotch part to facilitate
the diaper change (click here to see a large picture: acm033
). There is a zipper on the back , from the neck down to
the waist elastics (click here to see a large picture: acm030
). THE GARMENT IS AVAILABLE IN SEVERAL MEDICAL VINYL
MATERIALS: the smooth, thick, but gentle green medical vinyl (same as on the pants
#198), the thick blue
medical vinyl (same as on the pants #106), and the printed medical vinyl (the same 4 choices of prints as
seen on the pants #195), however, each of these is available only in some sizes
and only a few are left (see the link to the list of available stock

The bottom part of this garment is smaller than the
sizes
for the pants #198, #106, #1988, or #195. Be sure to select this garment in a much larger size than these
pants. However, the overnight garment goes over the shoulder and so the
distance from the shoulder to the crotch is also very crucial to determine the
proper size for this garment. For example, if the "small" size would fit
according to the waist and hip measures but the distance from neck to crotch is
more than 25" (65cm), select the medium size rather than small size.
The following measures (see the usual size categories
below) are only for those short females who have a very
narrow and very short torso. If this is not the case, please
choose a much larger size. For example, a man (or
a tall woman) with hips circumference of about 39 or 40 (measured over
diapers) may already need the romper in the XL or XXL size. The XL
or XXL size may work well for the waists as narrow as 34". The
leg elastics may fit, too. If they are loose, then the romper may be worn
under a vinyl bloomer such as #1202 or #233. The bloomer may be worn over
the bottom part of the romper to prevent leaks. When choosing the size for the romper, it is better to err by choosing a larger size as this may still be useful. The bottom part of the romper (the "pant" part) has a somewhat lower waist or seems also more narrow than the usual pant #198 or #196 or #195. In this sense, the design is poor.
Sizes (measured over diapers):
small for waist 27" to 33" (68cm-84cm), hips to 39" (99cm), the distance from the neck to crotch less than 25" (64cm). We have none left in S size.
Medium for waist 30" to 36" (78cm to 91cm) and hips to 47" (119cm), the distance from the neck to crotch less than 27" (68cm). We have one in thick pink vinyl with prints (little bears) .
Large for waist 33" to 41" (85cm to 104cm) and hips to 53" (134cm), the distance from the neck to crotch less than 29" (73cm). We still have 3 left in the plain thick green vinyl (same vinyl as on the photographs here or also on the pants #198).
X-large (extra-large) is SOLD OUT, it was for waist 38" to 47" (95cm to 119cm) and hips to 60" (152cm), the distance from the neck to crotch less than 31" (78cm). XX-large is SOLD OUT, it was for waist 42" to 49" (115cm 124cm) and hips to 69" (174cm), the distance from the neck to crotch less than 33" (82cm). As these are complicated and only approximate measures, we do not guarantee that the garment will fit. The style of this garment may not fit some persons at all. Buy only one at first to explore if the size fits well.
Caution: This garment was designed for bedridden disabled persons that have their diapers changed by a caretaker. It is not for a person who is seated or otherwise in an upright position: the garment would leak through the snap on opening if in an upright position and, if you would walk, the snaps between the legs would interfere with the walking and may injure the skin.
The zipper on the back of the garment is also normally closed by the caretaker, when the whole garment is changed (usually every 24 hours). This zipper on the back is not easy to reach and may be a great problem if there is no other person to help to close or open the zipper. The zipper needs to be handled gently as it otherwise may be damaged.
Please note that the upper half of the garment has a special purpose. The garment is very helpful to prevent the contact between the skin of the upper body and the products of drooling. Many persons with organic problems have an uncontrollable drooling that may make the bed sheets wet (e.g., some cases of

#477 PROTECTIVE VINYL
GARMENT, DRESS-STYLE This vinyl garment protects the
patients who spill food or drool excessively or may vomit over clothing
(e.g., some cases of 
The garments also helps to minimize the contact of the
upper body with the wet bed sheets.
For obvious
reasons, the garment cannot be used in excessively warm rooms: this is a health
risk.

The sizes: the most important measure is the
circumference of the
chest (measure around the chest, just below the arm pits). The medium (M) size is good only for those with a
circumference of less than 32" and width of shoulders (from side to side) less
than 15". The large (L) size is for chest
circumference of less than 37" and for shoulder width of less than
16". The extra-large (XL) is for
chest circumference of less than 41" and shoulders maximum 18" (side
to side). The extra-extra-large (XXL) is for
chest maximum 45" and shoulder width maximum 19". These measures are
only approximate. We are aware that some customers would choose a much
tighter fit or a less tight fit. However, those choosing a tighter fit may
find themselves trapped in the garment.
The waist sizes (circumference
of the waist) are about one size smaller than for pants #198 (see our main
catalog) or #106 (see our Special Pages catalog). For example, those who
usually wear the pant #198 in the small size will need the dress in the medium
size and if their chest is 35", they need the large size dress.
Please note that the garment has a zipper on the back that opens down to
about the waist. It is not easy to
undress without assistance, especially on a warm day (the material may stick to
the sweaty skin): it is important not to choose a too small size as there are no exchanges and no
refunds. Most patients may find it difficult to reach behind their back to unzip the
garment. They will need assistance to dress or undress, especially those
with poor finger dexterity, same as with some other textile clothing that has a
similar design.
There are no
exchanges, no returns, and no refunds possible and the price is high.

#802 ABSORBENT
PAD, Type 2: this is multilayer hourglass shaped
absorbent pad to use in a plastic pant or as a booster for larger diapers.
Except for the extreme ends, it is 5 layers thick and even thicker in the
crotch section.
Size: it is approximately 30" (76 cm) long, and 7" (17 cm)
wide in the crotch and about 14" (35cm) wide at the ends.
This pad is suited only for persons with waists of more than 40" and
hips more than 55": it is too long for persons with smaller
bodies. This pad fits only into our high waisted plastic pants
such as the #151, #263, or #163 but only for large persons. The only way
of determining if this would be useful is to try it.
Color: light yellow khaki (natural cotton
color). This particular color makes it more difficult to
notice dry urine stains. No other color is available.

#100-HWST: HIGH WAIST / LARGE HIPS VINYL PANTS
These vinyl pants have a very high waist and a very generous space around the pelvic bones for bulky diapers. They are made in the extra soft vinyl sheeting, the one that some say feels almost like silk when touched.We have these in M size (6 pants) and in L size (6 pants) however, these two sizes differ only in the height of these pants' waist. Those marked as "L size" measure 26" from the waist elastic down to the lowest point between the legs. For those marked as M size this measure is 23". These pants, even those in M size, have a higher waist than other pants we manufacture.
Otherwise both have the waist elastics to close on waists of approximately 30" and open on waists of maximally approximately 44." The inside maximum circumference around the hips is 58" (however, it must be noted that the pant is pulled up over the hipbones and so the maximum circumference of the hips over the diaper is 44").
These pants are well suited for ladies with very narrow waists, as narrow waists as 30" and with relatively large hips, as large as 44".
The leg opening measures range from approximately 19" (unstretched) to 24" (streched).
They are made in a soft, gentle, transparent vinyl with a very smooth surface.

#111 BRIEF
STYLE: The same style as pants #211 or #210. These "brief" vinyl
garments still fully cover up some styles of the regular cotton underwear. Large crotch to
accommodate absorbent pads such as the #888 (see our main catalog): the pad must
be chosen in the same size as the #111, in order to fit properly.
Made in USA by a contractor who still has the majority of US market when it comes to vinyl pants. We used to recommend these pants as a good product, however, we can no longer vouch for their quality as they were made by a US contractor about 6 years ago. When we had returned to them some clearly defective products (their so called Euroflex pants in a snap-on style), there was no replacement, no refund, and no apology. This is also why the price is low: we have paid more than this to the US manufacturer.

pattern: the pant is partly transparent. This is a
thick, very smooth vinyl, relatively non-rustling, strong, very durable,
with flower patterns.

chosen in the same or smaller size than the pant or with the child size 21” x
21” cotton diapers, folded into the pant).

BLOOMER: These bloomers provide extra protection
The
legs of the large and extra-large size are about 23" (58cm) long
(measured from the waist down). The legs for the medium size are about
19" (48cm) long (measured from the waist down). For persons with short
legs, the large and extra-large bloomers might reach the knee or below
the knee. The elastics are less comfortable than those of bloomers #128
or #229. Sizes (M and L are sold out, the XL may still be listed in our
Liquidation Page): Medium for waist 26"-37" (66cm-94cm), hips to about
39" (99cm), and leg opening 16"-23" (41cm-58cm). Large for waist
36"-57" (91cm-145cm), hips to 49" (125cm), and leg opening 18"-27"

These pants were suitable for very serious hygienic problems
and over large diapers (choose larger sizes when using thick diapers). The
elastics are comfortable and stretchy.

#1958 SNAP-ON PANTS
WITH 
INSTITUTIONAL PRINTS ON THE MEDICAL SEMITRANSPARENT
VINYL These are the
same semitransparent vinyl pants made with nice printed patterns in beautiful
colors as #195. The material, color, and patterns are the same as for the
pants #195. Originally designed for institutions
with sick adolescents and developmentally delayed adults, however, similar
patterns are now also occasionally used on clothing for healthy ladies and men.
There are 4 metal snap-on buttons on each
side. These are very practical when you need to put the pant on
without taking of the trousers or shoes, etc. The pant, when folded, might
fit into the purse and be used as an emergency device when leakage occurs
outside of the home (in cases of mild or occasional incontinence). The
front openings allow for more air circulation and for
this reason the snap-on pant is somewhat more comfortable in hot weather
than the regular style pull-on pants. However, the snap-on
pant is less suitable for overnight protection as the pant is likely to leak
through the front if the person sleeps lying on the belly, or on the hip
side. The elastics are tight but relatively comfortable (the cloth of the
elastics is against the skin).
The metal buttons are
practical but are not well suited for persons who take long walks, or run, or go
on a bicycle, or do physical work, or engage in an exercise: the metal buttons
are likely to injure the skin, particularly in hot weather. In general,
snap-on pants usually cannot be worn for more than 2 consecutive days without
alternating these with regular pull on pants as the metal buttons tend to
excessively irritate the skin, particularly the buttons at the waist and leg
elastics, creating red sore spots.

1206 VINYL BLOOMERS
WITH FLOWER PATTERNS : Made in a 
vinyl
sheeting with nice flower patterns (same as #196 or #111 from our
Liquidation Pages). These flower patterns vary in colors and
styles the vinyl varies in thickness. Those with large poppy flowers (as
on the picture) are made in a very thick vinyl. Almost all of these vinyls
are smooth on the surface. The leg ends close to the knee (for an
average size person). This bloomer accommodates large diapers. Excellent
protection overnight or for a seated person, e.g., during long car trips or bus
rides. We have them in different materials and patterns. The
important fact is that only those with "poppy flower
pattern" (see above photograph) are made in a thick vinyl that may occasionally
have poorly welded seams and some of these seams could open soon. We
do not recommend those that are listed as with "poppy
flowers". All vinyl materials with other
flower patterns are relatively durable and reliable and can be

888 ABSORBENT REUSABLE INSERT/PAD, THE OLD EXCELLENT 
QUALITY : a thick lengthy pad to wear in plastic
pants or rubber pants for daytime urinary incontinence. Made of the
same material as the old excellent diapers #840 and it can be used with
the diapers #840 (as an insert) or alone in a tight fitting plastic or rubber
pant as an absorbent pad. The pad is somewhat hourglass shaped (the narrow
part is between the legs). Its back end is wider than the front end (see

INCONTINENCE SKIRT, BLUE:

THE VERY SOFT, THIN, AND GENTLE CLEAR VINYL, SAME AS THE MARIA PANT
#1964: these bloomers are made exactly
in the same sizes and style as #1206 (the bloomers in vinyl with flower
patterns) but the #1203 is made in a thin, very smooth, yet strong,
transparent vinyl that feels unusually soft, almost like silk. This has
been a very popular pant about 5 years ago. T he vinyl is very smooth and thin and feels
gentle to touch. The leg ends close to the knee (for an average size
person). This bloomer accommodates large diapers. Excellent protection

OLD MALAYSIAN RUBBER
PANTS
You may have heard from older persons
about rubber pants from

except for one listed in the Liquidation page, in white color.
The pants described below were made with German technology
in
These pants cannot be washed in washing machines (due to devastating
problems with static electricity) and they tear
easily. The craftsmanship is often sloppy. We sold them as
is only.
Some of the elastics might perhaps even
detach soon after you try the pant on. The pants really tear too
easily. Handle them gently and wash them by hand only, in luke warm water
with mild soaps. They have thick and wide rubber elastics (from about 0.5"
wide to about 1.0" wide) that are glued on the inside surface of the
rubber sheeting material. We had them in two styles: full size diaper pant
(#301) and a summer style (#302). The summer style is similar to the full
cut, however, the waist elastics are somewhat lower (about 1" to 3") and the leg
opening comes higher up on the hip side.

front is done by the velcro closure. They may be used with insert
#888 (choose same size insert as the diaper) to increase absorbency. These were
excellent diapers with high absorbency and we were selling them until the end of

contractor had failed to control the quality of the last 2 shipments and, in our opinion, the quality was then
inferior, for the following reason. After the diapers were
washed, most of them had the inside lining all clustered up into small balls

between these clusters. It is why we were liquidating this stock at a price
below our cost, in 2002 and 2003. It is also why we discontinued this

pad to wear in plastic pants or rubber pants for daytime urinary

as an absorbent pad. The pad is somewhat hourglass shaped and its one end
is much wider than the other end (see picture). Colors: white,

BLOOMERS WITH FLOWER PATTERNS : Made in a vinyl

are made in a very thick vinyl. Almost all of these vinyls are smooth on
the surface. The leg ends close to the knee (for an average size
person). This bloomer accommodates large diapers. Excellent protection

important fact is that only those with "poppy flower

#150, or #198.

(VINYON PLASTIC MATERIAL) These incontinence pants were
manufactured by a large factory in

pictures were taken with the pink pant, however, in the color photography, due
to technical problems, the pants appears only as white or transparent. The
material was very soft, lightly textured, and the pant had soft elastics.
The pants were rather popular. However, the economy has its own
pressures. It is an example of how disabled persons can be left behind,
due to economic considerations.
#H-215 pull on
Herzlieb: this pant is made in a soft cotton mesh (on
the hip sides) and with polyurethane (to some extent breathable and extensively
waterproof) in the middle (crotch and front and back). The polyurethane
section is lined with a special textile fabric that reportedly helps to
keep urine away from the skin (the skin feels more dry). There is an
opening for absorbent pads between this "drying fabric" and the
polyurethane. These were excellent pants for those who have to go outside
in hot weather but need protection. If worn without bulky pads, they look
almost like normal underwear. However, the crotch is so wide that it can
be used with small size reusable pads #888 from our main catalog. Both the
cotton mesh and the polyurethane are in white color. Sizes left: S (code
40 - only five pants left). These were excellent pants.

#1979 MARIA HYGIENIC PANT WITH WHITE LACE AND
PRINTS: Same style and elastics as 1962 from
this liquidation page or as #197 (listed in our Special Pages) but made in
a vinyl material with prints as popular with children, ladies, or
artistically minded men. These pants were originally made for mentally
handicapped institutionalized persons, however, they are quite popular with many
normal persons due to the beautiful colors and designs. The pants have a

892 FLAT DIAPER FOR LESS SEVERE INCONTINENCE:
This is a flat cotton (flannelette) diaper about 24.5" by 24.5"
(about 63cm by 63cm), square shape, with rounded edges. This diaper
is similar to those designed for infants, however, its size and shape is well suited for
minor incontinence in adults. Many incontinent ladies or men purchase
similar rectangular cotton diapers in department stores (in the baby care
section) and wear them inside of the crotch section of their regular underwear
or spread out in a plastic pant as shown in the picture on the right side (the
picture shows the diaper #892 worn inside of a transparent plastic pant).
Some persons fold these diapers in half before placing them in the crotch.
Some wear two or three of these diapers in their plastic pant, to increase the
absorbency. These diapers are relatively more easy to store, to wash, and
dry than more bulky reusable diapers. They can easily be washed by
hand, if necessary, while staying in a motel when traveling. No longer

#890 WIDE
ELASTIC TO USE WITH THE DIAPERS #892: Some incontinent persons
tuck the diaper #892 under a wide elastic (e.g., 0.4" or 1cm) that is worn
around the waist. The elastic is not sewn to the diaper: this facilitates
the diaper change and drying: see picture. These elastics for the waist
are sold separately from the diapers: their price does not include the
price of the diaper #892. These elastics are useful only on persons
with waist smaller than 34" (86cm) and with hips smaller than 40" (101
cm) . To order these elastics, please simply state the
size around the body about 2" to 3" (about 5cm to 7cm) below the
waist. Do not purchase for a person with
waist more than 34" (86cm) or
with hips larger than 40" (101 cm). Much longer diapers than
those #892 would be needed to reach these elastics both at the front and at the
back if the person's hips are
more than 40" (101 cm). This system might also work poorly unless
the hips are sufficiently larger than the waist (the elastics would slide

Some might dislike the way in which the plastic of the pant
is pushed directly towards the skin at the waist.

create problems for those who have to walk a lot during daytime because the
metal buttons may irritate the skin.

#806 WHITE CAROL DIAPER,
PULL ON STYLE
This diaper had the advantage of looking almost like normal cotton underwear. However, it is all made
from a thick diaper material (100% cotton) with five layers between the
legs. Four of these five layers reach up to about 2" below the waist
elastics in the front and to about 2" below the waist elastics in the
back. This four layer section is about 7" (18cm) wide and has an
extra layer between the legs. The hip sides have only one layer of cotton
sheeting. The diaper is particularly well suited for hot summers, during
the daytime, for those who suffer from mild to moderate loss of urine and do not
wish to use any waterproof pants.
There is a 3/4" (2cm)
wide elastic at waist and 0.4" (1 cm) wide elastics at legs.

hips maximum 42" (105cm).

Snap-on Style these
were available, in the style of our regular snap-on vinyl pants, see #1988 and
1958 as described in our special pages. The catalog numbers for the snap

delays. The pant was slightly tighter (due to the thick lining) than

PEARLIZED PLASTIC PANTS, CORRECTED #154
The pants #154 were made by an unscupulous worker who was
negligent in sewing together the end of their elastics. These elastics
were covered in the vinyl on both sides. As we inspected these pants, we
removed the flawed pants, cut of their elastics to replace them. We sew
the elastics directly on the vinyl (the elastics are directly against the
skin). The elastics could be in white or in a navy color. The results are
the corrected #154. When we have these corrected pants, we do not sell

PINK THICK PLASTIC PANT This pant has a very nice color and the design is similar to our
#150 Angela pants, however, the plastic is semitransparent, VERY thick , and rather stiff. The surface is very smooth and shiny . The
elastics are covered in vinyl. We had only one
left for waist 45" to 59", hips maximally to 60", leg opening 22" to 28",
with a 9" wide crotch. The hip side is about 9" high. We do not recommend
it, due to its stiffness (as with all our goods, there are no returns, no
refunds), however, some patients say that it actually becomes sufficiently soft
when it is worn against the skin, due to the warmth of human body.

#7001 STRETCHY LATEX
PANT / unusual size Same as #700 from the regular catalog,
except for the unusual size. It is made from semi-transparent latex, yellowish -khaki, soft to
touch, with a nicely smooth surface. This very stretchy medical pant
is worth trying unless you suffer from an alergy to latex. It holds
absorbent pads in place and helps to conceal diapers under light clothing
because it holds them tightly agaist the body: it functions similarly to a
ladies' girdle from 1950s and 1960s, however, it is made all only in 100% latex,
in no other material and it is very smooth and soft (see the small photographs
of the latex pant, worn over a white diaper). The pant has high waist for
better overnight protection. It provides a good protection for
moderate or mild urinary incontinence in the daytime. These are very
valuable advantages. For some persons, this is a very useful and helpful
medical product that should have been widely available long ago.
The disadvantages are as follows. It should never be
used or touched by patients with alergy to latex . Furthermore, its crotch
section is not sufficiently large to cover very bulky diapers (those bulky
between legs) for heavy incontinence. If you are concerned about the width

Persons with abundant body hair on their upper thighs may
find that the leg opening of the latex pant may painfully pull on their hair,
especially while undressing. With respect to washing instructions, this
latex pant is the only exception to the rule in our catalog: this latex pant cannot be washed in machines, it must be washed by hand
(all our other plastic and rubber garment in our catalog can be washed in
washing machines). Dry the pants off in a towel and then powder them with talc powder (same as the "baby powder"
sold in drugstores). This powder minimizes the static cling that could
ruin these pants when storing them. Talc powder also makes the dressing and
undressing more easy and less uncomfortable.

easily. The craftsmanship was often sloppy. We sell them as

detach soon after you try the pant on. The pants really tear too
easily. Handle them gently and wash them by hand only, in luke warm water
with mild soaps. They have thick and wide rubber elastics (from about 0.5"
wide to about 1.0" wide) that are glued on the inside surface of the
rubber sheeting material.

material is unusually sturdy, yet it is made with very soft and comfortable
lingerie style elastics. Designed to resemble full size ladies' underpants, in a

It is inconspicuous under skirts or dresses. The vinyl is thick, smooth, easy to wash, and relatively durable.

This is a somewhat shiny yellowish plastic, with soft
cloth elastics (not covered by vinyl). The pant has a very high waist to
cover nighttime diapers but the crotch is not wide. We had 4 left in small size , for waist 28" to 36", hips
maximally to 37", leg opening 18" to 21", with a 6" wide crotch.
