A FUNDRAISER FOR A CHARITABLE DONATION FOR RESEARCH ON CANCER (cure & prevention)
As many customers know,  plastic tops (bras) are usually considered  as non-medical clothing.  Occasionally, they may be used for medical reasons, for example, while washing the patient with a sponge during the postoperative recovery following a breast surgery to avoid making the bandages wet.
We have had many requests for these items in the past, some of which seem related to attempts to cope with the massive adverse psychological consequences of incontinence.  Some chronically incontinent ladies simply wish the incontinence pants to look more fashionable (a boost for injured self-esteem) by using a bra made in a matching material and color as their plastic pants.  Incontinence is indeed a very depressing and emotionally upsetting factor.  Certain intelligent female patients strive to make, as verbalized by one of our observant customers, "lemonade out of the lemons" as a means of creative psychological coping with the medical stress.
Briefly, we have many thousands of these tops here in stock.  As we are not organized to sell clothing that some could view as "nonmedical,"  the sales of these plastic tops are exclusively to raise funds for a donnation to a registered charity that supports medical scientific research on the cure and prevention of cancer, including the breast cancer.    If this goes well, we eventually would like to expand this to support medical research  on multiple sclerosis, or on urinary incontinence, or cerebral palsy.
Hopefully, this would be beneficial to everybody as almost every human being fears cancer or already has some relatives or friends who suffer or would suffer from cancer in the future or have already died from that disease.

Those that we can send you immediately are listed in blue color.
Those that can be mailed only with a delay (difficult to predict, but usually about 2 to 8 weeks) are listed with a red heading.

#15501 - TOPS FOR PLASTIC PANTS #155 They are made in a soft smooth vinyl (100% PVC) in either semitransparent nice shiny light blue color, or in a semitransparent nice shiny cherry red color, or in a shiny pearlised pink color, or with a printed pattern (sleeping babies on a semitransparent milky background).  The elastics are wide and comfortable (the cloth elastics are against the skin).  This is a relatively comfortable (due to the wide elastics), good, relatively durable, and yet inexpensive garment.  These bras match the material and color of all plastic pants #155 as well as some of the Susan and Christie pants and Olga pants and also  the plastic bloomers # 229, #230, #231, and #233 and the skirts EX1300 and #445 (those made in cherry red, sky blue, and pearlised pink vinyl (PVC).
These tops were originally designed and manufactured for medical use by ladies recovering from breast surgery who may need a waterproof cover to wear during their sponge bath to protect bandages from becoming wet.  However, we had no large orders for this purpose in the last year.  It should also be emphasized that these protective bras cannot prevent water from penetrating into the bandage during a careless exposure to water during a shower or if otherwise immersed into water.

If your address is outside of Canada, these vinyl tops will always be mailed to your address separately (not together with any pants or diapers) in a small padded enveloppe and the postage is already included in the price.  For USA and for countries other than Canada, the customs declaration simply list it as a garment.  Since the value (listed as without the postage) is below US $ 20, there is normally no duty on this product. As far as we know, in the USA and in many West-European countries, there is usually no customs duty fee on items declared for such as small amount. Let us know if you would have a different experience.
Sizes:   At this time, we do not have any internationally viable idea of how to classify the various sizes for the breast opening, however, as the garment goes all around the chest, it is also very important to measure the circumference of your chest, just below the breasts.  The same as with the pants #155, most customers would probably need either large or medium size.  The lady on the following photograph wears a large (L) size bra, please click here:  TOPM.JPG

We can also make these top garments  in  exactly the same materials and colors as listed in our internet catralog for the pants #240 or #140 in plastic, without problems,  i.e., in navy,  pink, amber, shiny white, yellow, clear, or in a printed vinyl (the prints are those as explained for Christie pants and Susan pants).  However, the workforce here  in North-America is expensive and the sewing of that small item takes long time  (this includes the cutting of the material, etc.) as we do not manufacture it in a mass production style.  For this reason, the price is very high to reflect the labour cost and we only make them when they are being ordered: there may be delays if you order this item..

The "Rubber Tops" described below are sold to raise money for the treatment and prevention of Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
There is as yet no cure for MS.  The first symptoms of MS usually appear between the ages of 20 and 40.  Some of our clients suffer from MS.

The profit from sales of these rubber tops (#005) will be used for financial support of research on the  treatment and prevention of Multiple Sclerosis (MS).  Please remember, there is as yet no cure for MS.  Most patients experience their first symptoms of MS between the ages of 20 and 40.  The first sign of MS may be a blurred or double vision, red-green color distortion, or even blindness in one eye.  Most MS patients experience weakness in their muscles, particularly in their legs or arms and have difficulty coordinating their movement and maintaining balance,  at times to the degree of no longer being able to continue  walking or even standing. In the worst cases, MS produces a partial or complete paralysis.
